Travel to & from school

Many students travel to Park House School via one of the various bus services provided (The PH1 bus is no longer running). Please find details below.

 

Weaverway Travel - Woolton Hill / Highclere 

Students travelling to school from Hampshire may qualify for transport on the provision provided by Hampshire County Council and Weaverway Travel.

School Minibus Shuttle Routes 

The minibus routes have changed for September 2024 - The PH1 bus AM, PM & 4.15pm will cease to run and two minibus routes will replace these buses. There are only two routes in the morning and afternoon and also at 4.15 for Year 11 students only. There will be no transportation provided for clubs or if a student is delayed leaving school because they have received a detention.

All minibuses are currently full - please contact the school if you would like to join the waiting list via email to office@parkhouseschool.org

AM - Minibus Route 1

  1. 7.30am - Tadley Library car park, opposite Sainsbury's (£200 one way per term)

  2. 7.40am - The Badgers Wood (£175 one way per term)

  3. 7.50am - Ashford Hill Road - stop 1 (£175 one way per term)

  4. 7.55am - Ashford Hill Road - stop 2 (£175 one way per term)

  5. 8.00am - Ashford Hill Road - stop 3 (£150 one way per term) 

  6. 8.05am - Galley Lane (£150 one way per term) 

  7. Arrival at Park House School Monks lane entrance - 8.20am

 

PM - Minibus Route 1 - Leaving school at 3.05pm

  1. 3.20pm - A339 just past Knightsbridge Drive (£150 one way per term) 

  2. 3.23pm - A339 near Harrow Drive (£150 one way per term) 

  3. 3.25pm - Galley Lane - (£150 one way per term) 

  4. 3.30pm - Ashford Road - Stop 1 (£150 one way per term) 

  5. 3.33pm - Ashford Road - Stop 2 (£175 one way per term) 

  6. 3.35am - Ashford Hill Road - stop 3 (£175 one way per term)

  7. 3.50pm - The Badgers Wood (£175 one way per term) 

  8. 4pm - Outside Tadley Library, opposite Sainsbury's (£200 one way per term) 

 

AM 7.45am & PM 3.20pm - Minibus Route 2

  1. Bus stop on B3051 (Near to Kingsclere Village Club) (£175 one way per term or £350 per term for AM & PM)

 

Y11 Period 6 - 4.05pm - Minibus Route 1

  1. 4.20pm - Bus stop on B3051 (Near to Kingsclere Village Club) (£175 one way per term)

  2. 4.30pm - Ashford Hill Road T-junction with B3051 (£175 one way per term)

  3. 4.37pm - Heath End Road bus stop (£175 one way per term) 

  4. 4.45pm - Tadley Library car park, opposite Sainsbury's (£200 one way per term)

 

Y11 period 6 - 4.20pm - Minibus Route 2, Drop 1 (FOC)

  1. 4.25pm - Tile Barn Row, near Greenways 

  2. 4.30pm - Fox Lane/Penwood Heights 

  3. 4.32pm - Mount Road, nr Painting Lane 

  4. 4.35pm - A343, nr Church Lane and Star Lane 

 

Y11 period 6 - 4.50pm - Minibus Route 2, Drop 2

  1. 5.00pm - Ball Hill/Gore End Road junction 

  2. 5.05pm - Post Office Rd near The Firs 

  3. 5.10pm - Bus stop on Great Common road 

  4. 5.15pm - Woolton Hill same stop as 4.20pm run (Tile Barn Row, near Greenways )
