Student Leadership Team
Welcome from our Head Students
We are excited to announce our Park House School Senior Student team for the 2024/25 academic year. They are all extremely committed to doing their bit, both individually and collectively to help the school and their fellow students to be the best that they can be and achieve the things that they want to achieve in any walk of life.
Our core values of Work Hard, Be Kind, Take Responsibility underpin our student leadership focus. Our senior student team were selected through a rigorous process of elections and interviews and are fantastic role models for our younger students to aspire to.
They shape and direct student voice and community engagement by: leading the school council, organising fundraising events, supporting Fun Fridays, speaking at open evenings and planning and delivering assemblies.
Our Team for 2024-2025:
Jack North - Head Student
I am studying A Levels in: Textiles, Photography & Business.
My favourite thing about Park House School is our sense of community which is something I wish to greatly build upon through different events like discos, fundraisers and a colour run. This year my primary focus is inclusion for everybody whether it is through events, clubs or student council.
Ellie Keen - Head Student
I am studying A Levels in: Design Technology, English Language, Law and Core Maths.
My favourite thing about Park House is the community and how the school always tries to provide fresh opportunities and chances for the students to try new things.
This year I will be focusing on improving the student voice and working with students to achieve the outcomes they would like to see.
Mair Williams - Deputy Head Student
I am studying A levels in: Geography, Psychology and Sociology.
What I like best about Park House School is its welcoming atmosphere. Since year 7, I have always felt like my voice has been heard and have loved all the opportunities the school has given me from the different extra curricular activities to the school trips . I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Park House and am thankful for all the life lessons it has given me.
My priorities this year are to be a great role model and achieve the best I can in my subjects to get me to my next steps and to help the younger students feel the same welcoming atmosphere I felt when I was in their position.
Tom Scott-Cound - Deputy Head Student
I am studying A Levels in: Mathematics, Physics, and Further Mathematics.
The thing I like best about PHS has to be how everyone is always ready and willing to pitch in and give a helping hand, whether it be asking teachers about schoolwork or getting advice from my classmates about my projects.
My priority this year is developing the student voice to be something that people want to engage in and will last long after I leave.
