Travel to & from school

Many students travel to Park House School via one of the various bus services provided. Please find details below. Please note when your child is in Year 11 they are expected to stay for P6 until 16:00 every day, details of Year 11 minibuses and routes are below. As a rule we prioritise younger students on the minibuses and transportation will be only be provided to Sixth Form students where there is space.
 

School Minibus Shuttle Routes 

The minibus routes have changed for September 2026 - please see below. There will be no transportation provided for clubs or if a student is delayed leaving school because they have received a detention.

AM - Minibus Route 1

  1. 07:40 - The Badgers Wood (£185 one way per term) 

  2. 07:45 - B3051 past Brimpton Common (£185 one way per term)

  3. 07:50 - Ashford Hill bus stop 1 (£185 one way per term)

  4. 07:55 - Ashford Hill Bus stop 2 (£185 one way per term) 

  5. 08:00 - Galley Lane (£160 one way per term) 

  6. 08:10 - Arrival at Park House School

AM - Minibus Route 2

  1. Bus stop on B3051 (Near to the junction with Swan Street) (£185 one way per term or £370 per term for AM & PM)

AM - Minibus Route 2 Bus 2 

  1. 07.40 - Bus stop on B3051, near to junction with Swan Street (£185 one way per term) 

  2. 07.45 - Bus stop in Ashford Hill, just past the junction (£185 one way per term) 

  3. 08:00 - Headley Post Office (£160 one way per term) 

  4. 08:05 - Bus stop on A339 just after Greenham Business Park roundabout (£160 one way per term) 

  5. Arrival at Park House School - 08.20am

PM - Minibus Route 1 - Leaving school at 3.05pm

  1. 3.20pm - Headley Post Office (£160 one way per term) 

  2. 3.25pm - Galley Lane - (£160 one way per term) 

  3. 3.33pm - Ashford Road - Stop 1 (£185 one way per term) 

  4. 3.35pm - Ashford Hill Road - Stop 2 (£185 one way per term) 

  5. 3.40pm - B3051 - Brimpton Common - (£185 one way per term) 

  6. 3.50pm - The Badgers Wood (£185 one way per term) 

PM - Minibus Route 2

  1. Bus stop on B3051 (Near to Kingsclere Village Club) (£180 one way per term or £360 per term for AM & PM)

Y11 Period 6 - Approx 4.15pm - Minibus Route 1

  1. A339 - (£160 per term)

  2. Galley Lane Junction - (£160 per term)

  3. Kingsclere - (£185 per term)

  4. Ashford Hill Bus stop (£185 per term)

  5. The Badgers Wood - (£185 per term)

  1. Woolton Hill, junction of Tile Barn Row 

  2. Top of Tile barn Row near Meadowbrook 

Y11 Period 6 - Approx 16:20 - Minibus Route 2, Bus 2

  1. Junction of Gore End road 

  2. North End 

  3. Junction of Penwood Heights 

  4. Highclere - Pull in just past church lane at the postbox
