What an absolutely spectacular evening as our year 11 students celebrated their Prom at Sanford House Hotel Friday 11th July. The night was a truly magical culmination of five years of hard work, friendship, and unforgettable memories, and it certainly lived up to all of my expectations. A massive credit to every student who contributed to this special event. Behaviour was impeccable students were a real credit to themselves, the school and parents.

Talk about arriving in style. The arrivals were particularly memorable, with creative transport ranging from tractors and horses to go carts and quad bikes. The atmosphere was a delight. The air buzzed with excitement and joy as students, looking incredibly smart and glamorous, mingled with friends and teachers. Laughter and chatter filled the venue, creating a wonderfully warm and celebratory ambiance. Students enjoyed their photo both, disco and amazing backdrop of Sanford Springs golf landscape. The evening was perfect.

A huge thank you to our Prom committee without them we would not have had a photo booth. To the teachers and senior leaders who gave up their evening to support myself and the students. To all the staff at Sanford Springs Hotel who were very welcoming and helpful.

The Year 11 Prom 2025 was more than just a party; it was a poignant milestone, marking the end of one significant chapter and the exciting beginning of another. It was wonderful to see our students celebrating their achievements and looking forward to their bright futures. We wish them all the very best in where ever they go from here. We of course look forward to continuing to work with students who will be returning to Parkhouse in September!
