On 26th April 2025 Yashi Gandhi, a student in Year 12, performed at The Bhavan, London, which is the largest centre for Indian Classical Arts in the UK. Yashi’s performance was a part of the celebrations for World Dance Day. Yashi’s group dance was specially selected among many entries, and she was asked to show her talent in front of 500+ people featuring artists from across England and dances ranging from classical to folk to mythological themes. Yashi danced one of the Indian classical dance forms called Bharatanatyam, she regularly attends dance classes in Newbury. We are all very proud of Yashi’s achievements.
