I hope we all look after coopers memory as well as he looked after us. Cooper is compassionate, bubbly, caring, funny, loveable and that’s only the first few words that come to mind, yet nothing can describe him more than kind. There was not a single time I had more than 2-3 days off school and I hadn’t received a message from cooper just checking in on me and asking if I was alright, I will forever wish I did the same for him. We will all feel guilty in some type of way and unfortunately we will have to live with it, however I feel our guilt shows the care and impact cooper had on all of us - we wouldn’t feel so strongly for someone who didn’t have such a positive effect on our lives. Sending my love to his family and closest friends what you’re going through is unimaginable, cooper will be missed and loved forever x

Its so sad to see cooper gone, he was the one person that could put a smile on your face when you were having a bad day or make you laugh even when you thought you couldn't. It really broke me when I found out and I cant imagine how his family are feeling. He was the kindest person and it's just awful that he has gone so soon. 💚🕊

he genuinely had the kindest soul always the one checking up on everyone and caring so deeply that no one ever felt left out or alone. he had this way of putting a smile on anyone’s face and was a light in so many people’s lives. cooper was the one person i always knew i could turn for help in anything. the world is so much quieter without you. i wish you could see how much of a impact you truly had on everyone’s lives. we all love you cooper💚💚
  • Jack collis 1 week ago
they say time heals, but honestly, it mostly just teaches you how to carry the weight of someone’s absence. It’s the quiet moments that are the hardest and the spaces in between where your laughter used to be and the realization that as the days pass, my life gets harder without you in it. I miss the way you would always make me feel included and effortlessly put a smile on my face even though its not my day. You weren't just my best friend; you were my person, and I’d give anything for just one more conversation, one more joke, or one more day of things being the way they used to be.

Words cannot describe how much Cooper meant to me as a friend, from riding our mountain bikes hours on end to talking everyday at school about the mountains and anything remotely dangerous. I wish he could have seen how appreciated and loved he was as he was approachable and available (even for those that didn’t know him that well) and most of all he was a super, super nice guy. We will never forget you coops, and I love you so much mate. 💚💚💚

This is something I never thought I would have to do and it is so difficult for everyone. Cooper, you were one of the best people I ever met. Your smile was so contagious and seeing you every day was one of the highlights of my day. We made infinite memories which will be remembered for the rest of my life, whether it was at school, on the football pitch or over the mic on the Xbox. Each one is so special to me. From being at the Clere together to me following you to Park House you really felt like an older brother. Despite only knowing you for four years you made it feel like I have known you my whole life. You really were my best mate, so thank you so much for making these last few years so fun and some of the best years of my life. You will be missed.

I’ve known Cooper since we were five, and it’s hard to accept I won’t see him everyday anymore. He was a genuinely good person who was so kind and made you feel like you mattered without even trying. When we were both at a secondary school that didn’t feel right, he found the courage to leave first. That opened the door for me to do the same and I don’t think he knew how much it meant. He was full of life and had unique interests and qualities that you didn’t see in anyone else. But above anything its his quiet and constant kindness that will be remembered. He was so loved and will be missed more than words can express. 💚

We were all so very heartbroken when we heard this awful news. From the moment we met Cooper many years ago, we were immediately drawn to him and his wonderful family. Our fondest memories are watching the boys battling it out on the football field, in all weathers up at Hannington. Then, irrespective of the result, they would always play happily together on the park afterwards. Cooper has always been an incredibly warm, respectful, polite and immensely capable young man who everyone loved. We always said that we could not have hand-picked a better friend for our son. We express our deepest sympathies to his lovely family and assure you that he will never ever be forgotten. With much love Laura, James, Livy & Joel xxxx

Cooper I’m so happy that I got to meet you and have the honour of calling me a close friend you were a joy to see every day I remember the times from meeting you for the first time to playing video games to going on a rugby tour going to the cinema and all the things in between it’s so hard to know that someone so young kind and bright young man with a great future ahead is gone and it’s going to be so hard to move on as you were such an important character in most people lives. We will all miss you every day and me and the rest of the people that knew you want to say we love and miss you and may you rest easy.Fly high and see you in the next life💚💚🕊️

it’s difficult to just sum something into one paragraph about a person you could just talk on and on about. Cooper will forever be remembered as the purest soul and the boy with the kindest heart and his memory will always be cherished, I’ll miss the science class that we had once in a fortnight that I’d always look forward to because we would talk about our favourite everything's, wether that be movies, songs or anything in between, and the jokes I used to say to you as a passing by comment. There was not one bad thing anyone could ever say about you because you had such a great character. You’ll forever be in our hearts coops, and never forgotten. 💚💚

Me and a lot of other people miss you, fly high cooper 💚💚

Cooper, never met you but from these letters can see you were and are loved. Words like kind, caring, friendly, funny coming up again and again. How you protected and show up for others. How nothing will be the same, how much you will be missed. You made a huge difference in fellow schoolmates' daily lives. May your legacy be that the Park House community will look after each other, be closer. Know that every one matters, the person reading these - YOU matter... even if we don't feel like it most days. Now at peace, Cooper and we will all meet again.

I went to primary school with Cooper, he was the kindest soul you could ever meet. I knew him for a few years but during that time I remember how loved he was, he was always joking around and I truly don't remember a moment where he wasn't smiling. Even though I haven't seen him in years, it makes me so happy to see he hasn't changed and will always be remembered as sweet and funny. Knowing you for those few years when we were younger made more of an impact than I can say. Rest easy Cooper 💚💚💚

Cooper, you had a truly beautiful soul. From year 1 in primary school, we knew you as the popular, bright, sweet little blond boy and we watched you grow up into the kindest friend, with the most magnetic smile. You were a natural leader, a protector, and many young people looked up to you. Your absence will leave an ache that words can't fully express, if you only knew. Cooper you are deeply missed, more than you could ever imagine. Rest well sweet boy. Sending love and strength to Sue, Rob and Jess during this impossibly difficult time.

Cooper was a much loved member of the Park House School community, and his loss is felt deeply by us all. He brought warmth, kindness, and a genuine positivity that lifted those around him, so often with a smile that brightened someone else’s day. Cooper made a wonderful contribution to our rugby and football teams, embracing the games with enthusiasm, commitment, and real team spirit. He was someone others enjoyed playing alongside, and his presence on the pitch will be greatly missed. He will be remembered not only for the impact he had in school, but for the way he made people feel included, supported, and valued. That is a legacy that will stay with us. Our thoughts are with his family and all who knew and loved him at this incredibly difficult time.

cooper really was the kindest person I’ve ever met and I truly don’t think a soul like that can be replicated, it’s so hard to sum up such an amazing person into just a paragraph, he would never fail to ask everyone if they were okay no matter the circumstance. He was the light of our friend group, always having a nack for making people smile or laugh whenever. He created such a happy atmosphere wherever he went, his heart, his joy and his compassion made such a big impact on everyone. I am forever grateful to have called cooper one of my closest friends, hope you’re having the best time in Australia and we’ll meet you there one day. we love you always and miss you forever coops💚

It was a privilege to be Cooper’s tutor in Year 9. His arrival brought so much excitement to 9 Albert 1, and he quickly became a much-loved member of our group. He already had so many friends, and it was easy to see why—his warm smile, caring personality, charming nature, good looks, and remarkable sporting ability made him truly special. He strengthened an already strong Albert team, and his contribution helped us win another Sports Day. I still remember how proudly he displayed his medals when he returned to collect his bag at the end of the day. This year, we are top of the table, and I so hope we can win Sports Day and the overall competition in your honour, Cooper. The grief I have witnessed this past week has humbled me. You touched so many lives, and so many of us thought the world of you. You have brought an already close community even closer together, and I only wish you could see the love that surrounds you. I send my deepest love to your family and friends, to last year’s 9 Albert 1, to your whole year group, and to everyone who is grieving your loss. It was an honour to know you, and to be your tutor and teacher.
