I hope we all look after coopers memory as well as he looked after us. This is something I never thought I would have to do and it is so difficult for everyone. Cooper, you were one of the best people I ever met. I’ve known Cooper since we were five, and it’s hard to accept I won’t see him everyday anymore. He was a genuinely good person who was so kind and made you feel like you mattered without even trying. When we were both at a secondary school that didn’t feel right, he found the courage to leave first. That opened the door for me to do the same and I don’t think he knew how much it meant. It was a privilege to be Cooper’s tutor in Year 9. His arrival brought so much excitement to 9 Albert 1, and he quickly became a much-loved member of our group.
