Achievement for All Multi Academy Trust

Park House is to become the Lead Partner School within a Multi Academy Trust following two years of working closely together with the Trust sponsor, Achievement for All, and the Department for Education. We will now play a central role in developing the first of three regional hubs with Achievement for All as the umbrella organisation across this and future hubs, with all partner schools sharing a common vision of constantly improving outcomes and opportunities for all young people.

By creating a family of schools that share common values, champion inclusion and success for all, we can focus on the ambitions of students above all else.

Launching in April 2018, membership of the Multi Academy Trust will build gradually over the following 12 months to include other schools.

The distinctive feature of this Trust, in contrast to many others, is the absolute priority that member schools will retain their local identity and leadership, so there will be no change in the day-to-day running of that school.

The Trust’s aims are to support continuous improvement, further amplifying the excellent work that is already being undertaken within each partner school.

At Park House, Derek Peaple will continue to lead the school with the current Senior Leadership Team and Governors, and the Trust will benefit from working in direct partnership with an established school improvement partner with an outstanding track record in supporting student progress and staff development, and of course, with a wider family of other schools.

As the Trust is established there will be a 10-week consultation period with partner schools and other stakeholders in relation to this exciting opportunity and we are looking forward to building on our reputation for continuing improvement.
