Teacher of Science

Clerk to the Governing Body

This is a key role providing administrative and advisory support to the Governing Body. Duties include preparing agendas in consultation with the Headteacher and the Chair of Governors; taking and writing up the minutes at governors’ meetings, distributing documentation to the governing body and administering elections for Staff and Parent Governors as directed. The Clerk also needs to become familiar with legislation affecting school governance and current educational developments.

Meetings usually take place during the evening time.

Hours: 22 hours per term (6 terms per year)

Salary: Grade E: £18,870 - £21,074 FTE (£1,291 - £1,441 pro rata)

Minibus Drivers

£9.75 per hour

We are seeking Minibus Drivers with good local knowledge and the ability to interact with pupils and parents.

Shifts available Monday to Friday:
7.00am to 8.30am
3.25pm to 5.00pm
 
You must be over 21 with a clean driving license and 3 years of driving experience.
