Teacher of English

Park House is a highly successful mixed Academy of 1200 students, identified by DfE as one of the top 100 state schools in the county for continuous improvement in good GCSE results. We are also delighted to have become Lead School for the newly-formed Achievement for All Multi-Academy Trust and enormously proud to be judged as Good overall in our Ofsted inspection in October.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teacher of English. We would welcome applications from NQTs and qualified teachers who are keen to contribute to our creative and dynamic team. You will be required to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5 across all abilities.

The successful candidate would be joining an outstanding and highly-motivated department, considered a model of good practice in the school community. Our department is experienced, supportive and focussed on continuing to raise student attainment, working hard to ensure that all students achieve their potential.

The successful candidate should have a genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and be committed to excellence in teaching and learning.

Closing date: 30 April 2020

If you are inspired by joining a school with what Ofsted describes as a ‘values-driven ambition for students’ please contact: hr@afatrust.org
